Refund and Returns

We aim to provide high-quality physical, digital, and recommended products with complete customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Return Policy

We accept returns for eligible physical products within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products (eBooks, planners, downloadable files)
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Used, damaged, or altered items after delivery
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged/defective)

Digital products once delivered via download/email are considered final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital content.


3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • A wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Product photos & unboxing video (mandatory for verification)

✔ Replacement OR
✔ Full refund (as per case)


4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received & inspected:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer/UPI

5. Return Shipping

  • If return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item) → We bear shipping cost
  • If return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong selection) → Customer pays return shipping

We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe returns.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and standard return rules will apply.

7. Recommended / Affiliate Products

Some products listed on our website may be recommended or affiliate items fulfilled by third-party sellers.
For such products:

  • Return & refund policy may vary based on supplier terms
  • We assist customers in coordination but final approval depends on the supplier

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your payment provider
