Eligibility Criteria
We do not accept returns; however, exchanges are offered under the following conditions:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The issue is reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.
Manufacturing Defects
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please inform us immediately. You must email us at info@muzaffarandsabir.com within 24 hours of receiving the item, providing detailed information about the defect along with clear images for verification.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement with the same product.
Return Process for Manufacturing Defects & Exchanges
To ensure a smooth exchange process, please follow these steps:
- Notification:
- Notify us via email at info@muzaffarandsabir.com within 24 hours of delivery, providing a detailed explanation of the defect and images as proof.
- Verification:
- Our customer support team will assess the issue and guide you through the verification process. Additional details may be required for confirmation.
- Replacement:
- Once the defect is verified, we will initiate the replacement/exchange process and provide you with a similar product and will deliver within 7 to 8 working days.
Logistics & Reimbursement
- The customer is responsible for the logistics costs associated with returning the defective item to our facility.
- However, in appreciation of your cooperation, we will reimburse the shipping cost once the item is received and verified.
- The reimbursement will be processed through your preferred payment method within 10 working days of receiving the defective item.
Please Note:
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for exchange or reimbursement.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, an alternative solution will be provided.
